綠色公民 – 駕駛電動車
受電力公司之邀，嘗試駕駛電動車，在西九龍繞了一圈。駕駛電動車與一般汽車大致相同，而且比較寧靜，是環保安靜的交通工具。
不過，電動車的最大障礙仍是充電設施不足。目前港島區只有7個充電點，九龍新界的充電點亦只有21個，當中只有一個設有快速充電器。如要在沙田充電，最近也要到大埔太和。機場島上也沒有充電點，要把車子駛到東涌才可充電。電動車要普及，仍需要在全港各區建立全面的充電網絡。
現行規定汽車要達到一定排氣量才可以走上高速公路，但零排放的電動車沒有排氣量，只能按「輸出功率」計算馬力。台灣在今年1月5日已訂出《電動車馬達馬力與排氣量對照表》，但香港仍沒有一套類似標準，令電動車的普及又添一重關卡。
