綠色公民 – 麻鷹遊
立法會環境事務委員會主席香港島有成千上萬隻麻鷹等猛禽寄居，每逢黃昏時分，半山馬己仙峽的上空，就會見到萬鳥盤旋的壯觀景像，吸引日本和台灣觀鳥者遠渡來港觀賞。原來除了紙醉金迷的大型購物廣場，香港天然生態景點也能吸引旅客。
無奈目前不少生態美景都缺乏觀賞和交通配套設施，令活動局限於少數熱心愛好者。近年，社會有聲音要求大興土木建設新旅遊景點以增旅遊吸引力，其實小就是美，政府只需在配套設施做些小改善，就可以造就生態旅遊的新亮點。
香港隱藏不少未經琢磨的自然美景，在山頂可以觀賞麻鷹和蝴蝶；西貢是香港後花園，天空的麻鷹、糧船灣洲的奇石、海下灣的海洋；新界的濕地更是候鳥天堂，如能夠培訓更多生態導賞員和改善旅遊設施，就可創造綠色GDP。
