綠色公民 – 點鱗成金 余若薇

魚鱗成分中50%為膠原蛋白，台灣養殖漁業近年從鯛魚和虱目魚中提煉出來，再造成護膚面膜，轉化廢棄的魚鱗成為高增值的產品，兼可減少魚鱗的廢物棄置量。關鍵是透過研發，創造出以「酵素裂解」的方法，聲稱可解決傳統的「酸鹼水解」提煉方法工序繁複、工時長和安全性低的缺點，還標榜可保持膠原蛋白的結構完整及生物活性。

點鱗成金的故事，最大的啟發是要創造環保商機，往往需要研發為之增值。平平無奇，人人視為腥臭垃圾的魚鱗，都有化腐朽為神奇的一天。此外，在原有技術上精益求精也可創造環保高增值產品，杜邦的太陽能光伏板薄膜即為一例。

可惜，香港官方和商界對研發的投入不足，本土研發人員巧婦難為無米炊，我們只能眼瞪瞪看鄰近地區點鱗成金而欣羨不已。
