苟延殘喘的跛腳鴨 梁家傑

民陣發起6 月9 日有103 萬人參加的遊行和12 日立法會外的集會，促使林鄭月娥於15 日不情不願地宣布「暫緩」立法，但不道歉、不下台。6 月16 日200 萬零一人上街，群情更加洶湧，林鄭書面道歉以為可敷衍了事，香港人不收貨，她唯有在18 日現身記者會「真誠道歉」，沒有鞠躬，頭微微垂低，頸好硬；依然拒絕民陣5 個訴求，包括不檢控示威者、取消定性暴動、追究開槍責任、撤回送中條例、特首問責下台。

以林鄭好勝本色，迫不得已做這場道歉騷，只想平息民憤，但恐怕事與願違。她必須讓香港人感受到她是由衷認錯，知道自己對不起市民尤其年輕人，才有資格叫香港人給她機會完成餘下3 年任期。
林鄭已成為苟延殘喘的跛腳鴨，單靠她口中的熱誠與承擔，難以熬得過餘下3 年，只會拖垮香港，攬炒。
沒經過普選洗禮的特首，至今仍未知問題癥結所在，心裏不認錯只覺委屈，謙卑只口講但不做。林鄭憑北京欽點及777 票登特首之位，不會自覺須向全港700 萬市民問責，真正人才又不願意加入管治團隊，成為行政會議成員或司局長，跟這個缺乏認受性的特首同行。
送中條例引致天怒人怨，盡顯問責制形同虛設，及管治團隊的先天後天結構問題。經此一役，香港人應該明白，正本清源，要長久得享自由、人權、法治，唯有「真普選」，緊記7月2 日前登記做選民！
