愚人節，政府終於宣布苟延殘喘的亞視不再續牌，12 個月後停播，但留下問題一大堆：亞視騰出的頻譜如何分配善用？港台被要求「接住先」，何來足夠資源？若亞視提早停播，政府有否兩手準備？
電視牌照問題一拖再拖，有能力有心開台的王維基被梁振英這「一男子」力排眾議，不理通訊局的意見，否決香港電視的申請。特首會同行政會議本應去年11 月底便要根據通訊局的意見決定亞視生死，但拖足3 個月才拍板。
梁振英厚顏託詞「程序公義」遮掩長期處理電視牌的延誤，實在諷刺。自從他上場，香港人見證政府不尊重程序公義、不依法辦事，顛倒是非黑白，成為常態。還未上任，已在背後逼立法會趕快通過他的5 司14局政府架構重組，最近又拍板用1415 億興建機場第三跑道，明明是公帑開支，但繞過立法會財委會審批制度，不獲通過的創新科技局他又以創新顧問代替。警察拉人，法官依法放人，本是彰顯三權分立和司法獨立，他卻縮骨以「不評論」來喑示批評。當然還有暗角打鑊涉案7 名警察將近半年未被起訴，建制派助紂為虐，包括議員吳亮星粗暴剪布強行通過新界東北發展前期工程撥款等等，程序不公例子罄竹難書。
