見證建制派的霸道
新一個立法年度即將開始，所有委員會正副主席將重新洗牌。建制派不斷散布一個訊息：泛民主派上年「突襲」成功，破壞傳統，泛民若今年幻想可以「有商有量」，是天荒夜談。我對這說法嗤之以鼻，所謂「突襲」、「破壞傳統」之說，全是胡說。如果是部分建制派不了解歷史，曲解事實，我還可以理解；但如果負責協調的葉國謙議員也是這麼了解，那實在令人十分失望。
所謂「協定」，是指泛民和建制兩大陣營，在上一屆立法會訂下的共識，上屆立法會這協定運作大致暢順，可是，在2012年新一屆立法會成立後，建制派盡顯霸道，既在協調位置上寸步不讓，也運用因制度傾斜而得來的大多數優勢，霸佔大部分主席位置，部分更連副主席之位也進佔其位。上年度葉國謙議員清楚知悉，工務和人事編制2個小組委員會，雙方「不能協調」，泛民主派只是盡力參與議政而已，並非「突襲」。綜觀而言，泛民仍是建制派破壞傳統的受害者。我希望香港市民看清楚建制派如何運用制度暴力，縱使在社會上是少數，靠制度的不平衡取得多數席位，然後以「有權必用，用時必盡」的態度，為梁振英政權鳴鑼開道，便其暴政。
