迎春接福同許願 陳淑莊

香港人果真幸福，在這個中西文化交匯的都市，剛過完萬眾歡騰的新曆新年，為2012年許下心願之後，轉眼農曆新年已到，又是一個為新一年許願的時候。一年兩次的許願機會，大家說香港人是不是很幸福呢。相信大家在新年各有不同的願望，先祝願大家心想事成，事事如意。

送兔迎龍，傳說中真龍出現之時，天有異象，風雲際會，想今年香港社會當是風起雲湧之時。先有特首選舉，豬狼混戰，後有立會換屆，群雄並起。

偏生特首寶座之爭仍是小圈子遊戲，升斗市民只能為座上客；即使是立會選舉，功能組別尚存，分組點票仍在。於此風雲際會之年，確願民主普選早日得見。

龍為中國四大瑞獸之首，金龍獻瑞，應為吉祥之年，惜不少專家預測今年外圍經濟波動，惟願龍年港人安居樂業，年年有餘。

下星期就是財政預算案公布的日子，不知我們的財神爺會不會在「新正頭」送上一封大利是，把百億元計的盈餘，投放在市民引頸以待的基層醫療和全民退保上面呢？
