還以顏色的補選 梁家傑

議事規則一役未能引起香港人關注，民主派須總結經驗，反省抗爭策略，並以此為基礎，部署3.11立法會補選。

中共與上屆特區政府無恥地聯手利用人大釋法和本地法庭，DQ了六位一人一票選舉產生的民主派立法會議員，一巴掌狠狠地打在數以萬計選民臉上。3.11補選的主旋律，必定是將民主派參選人送入立法會，填補被DQ議員的空缺修復否決權，不讓保皇派獨大為所欲為，要還以一巴掌，還以顏色。

不過，經「修議規，反拉布」一役，民主派應該明白，只這樣叫陣恐怕不足以動員最多香港人出來踴躍投票。因此，3.11補選的副旋律，該是民主派善用所有專業和專長，聚焦推動一些可行的安老、房屋、教育等攸關民生政策，讓選民憧憬民主派在立法會恢復隊型後，不再是一支只會拉布的團隊。我們堅定捍衛香港核心價值和「一國兩制、港人治港」的同時，也能使香港人生活得比現在幸福。

與保皇派的3.11對決，成功關鍵在於民主派參選人能否聯成一線，集中力量和聚焦論述。常記司徒華先生言：「成功不必我在，功成其中有我，於願足矣。」個人在選戰中勝利，不代表運動成功；但一場運動勝利，每位支持民主的人都是贏家。民主派陣營有必要更加團結，審時度勢做得民心的事，才能打好3.11這一仗，一場許勝不許敗的硬仗。
