重拾環保舊歡 毛孟靜

一個空鋁罐內塞了根膠飲管，或一疊舊報紙內給吐過香口膠，都會令這些廢紙空罐再造不得。這些小信息大道理，必須好好廣傳。香港的環保大業，還請先做好回收。這是要政府帶頭，先行做好的基本功夫。都見過以下的畫面吧：在旺區鬧市街角一排的三色回收或垃圾箱，給塞至滿瀉，好些垃圾就攤得一地都係。裝鋁罐的桶有膠袋掛在桶口，裝紙的一個裏頭一樣有膠樽。

都怪本市人及遊客缺乏公德心？但亦實在收到太多投訴，說親眼見政府外判的清潔隊工，有理冇理統統花啦啦倒為同一堆垃圾 一投訴人寫來：那還分甚麼類？「分你條命呀？」

就是政府失信於民。環保局說，會進一步監察外判商。遺憾市民那副「政府玩我」的印象已經形成，只冀尚未落地生根，還望重拾環保舊歡。
