鎢絲燈泡數量大減 余若薇

近年，香港反覆強調節能，並以照明工具為主要節省項目。究竟成效有幾大？政府說沒有不同種類燈泡在本地市場的銷售數據，但從進出口量的數據發現，最耗電的傳統鎢絲燈泡已從2008年的1億6千1百萬盞的進口量，逐年下降至2011年的1億零9百萬盞，減幅有三分一。

同時，發光二極管(LED)的進口量由2009年的206億盞，增加至2011年的322億盞。數據顯示，市場省電的發光二極管正逐漸取代傳統的鎢絲燈泡，反映了多年來的宣傳教育和推行能源效益標籤計劃，開始漸見成效。

不過，如果用電不得其法，像新立會大樓那樣，中央冷氣大增耗電量，或在升降機、各層電梯大堂、會議室門外、大樓每個角落都安裝電視機，最終從照明所省下的電力，還是得不償失。
