開徵垃圾費
垃圾處理應否徵費？公民黨上月進行民意調查，發現同意，甚至十分同意香港需要徵費的達一半人，沒意見的有28%，不同意和十分不同意只有22%。42%受訪者認為應向工商業界收費，比支持按量收費的30%更多。此外，政府應設免費棄置量，只向超額者收費的受訪者達66%。民意的取向十分清楚，公眾支持對大污染者徵費。
台北市的經驗頗獲好評，但一般人忽略在馬英九推動按袋徵費之前，先有陳水扁的垃圾不落地政策，到台灣旅遊的朋友都試過不能在街上找到垃圾箱的苦處，香港是否也可效法?台北從前是以水費多寡來訂垃圾費的，按袋徵費煩瑣，但可令市民按量省錢，也是政策成功的遠因。香港必須妥善思量減廢方案每一細節，要願意付出才有機會改變。
