陳辦有喜
轉天氣，又是病菌出擊的時候，陳辦最近與病魔幾場惡鬥，節節敗退。上周一先有同事感冒菌入腸，再來我自己「共鳴」效應，腸胃不適。驚魂未定，再有同事在家中暈倒，內出血要送院。「醫生怎樣說？」成為同事間每天互相問候的開場白。
到得悉同事沒有大礙，又再到自己不爭氣，在周六、日放假日子連續兩天發高燒，在家中抵着冷鋒天旋地轉，臥在牀上噩夢一個接一個，幻想自己可能隨時一命嗚呼，成為報章頭條，暗暗計劃要給自己安裝一個可以即時聯絡親朋好友，和議辦同事救命的平安鐘。
憂中有喜，是懷孕的女同事上周三誕下小寶寶，這位女同事正是早前因立法會大樓發現有退伍軍人症，被調到「非疫區」的地區辦事處那一位。陳辦有喜大家都歡天喜地，希望可以振奮「疫區」的士氣。話說回來，自從遷入「退軍樓」後，陳辦屢受病魔侵擾，病菌大樓嫌疑最大，未知立法會秘書處是否可以「On Call 36小時」，考慮為我們加設特別版平安鐘？
