雅虎專欄 – 假如我hea
金管局總裁任志剛10月離任前，在電台周末節目中，主持人問他﹕「退休後點hea?」他說：「我都唔知乜叫做hea，所以要學吓。但今朝星期六，好似懶洋洋咁，我諗呢啲係hea的感覺。」
任總不是講風涼話，熱愛工作的人就算有條件hea，都未必識得hea。
在我心目中，hea不是整天大覺瞓，醒來吃，吃完睡，不動腦筋不動骨頭，這種生活不會開心，是白活了。hea是一個超然境界，能夠不徐不疾地過每一天，不是中環心情而是米埔心情，悠閒地做自己喜歡的事情，不必趕着開始做，又不必趕着完成它，今天不做明天做又可以，而過程中即使是等待過程中每分鐘都是享受，都感到心靈充實。不容易的。
記得我當大律師的日子，每天法庭生活充滿挑戰，在星期日較平日遲起床，反而經常頭痛。醫生解釋，為了應付每天繁忙節奏，身體會自然分泌足夠的激素，名為腦內啡(endorphin)，像打嗎啡針，令人忘記痛楚，到了星期天，腦內啡減低了，人會變得無精打采，什麼事都提不起勁。當議員後，時間好像再不屬於自己，每個周末總有一些要出席的活動，從遊行、座談會、街頭論壇到電台節目，連感覺頭痛的時間都沒有了。
將來，我也會過hea日子嗎？假如要hea，做什麼好呢？
學畫？
耍太極？
烹飪？
栽花？
觀鳥？
80日環遊世界？
看似遙不可及，但人生充滿出其不意的事情，一如我從沒想像過生命裡會出現參選、從政、組織政黨……..要學會hea的境界，可能是我下一個理想。
