革命的邊緣？ 湯家驊

一連兩星期，反對東北發展計劃的村民和市民均到立法會抗議，傳媒報道有保安人員受傷及各項設施均受破壞，全城因而側目。這兩星期，衝擊立法會的行動持續升級，由在大堂靜坐至使用暴力試圖強行進入立法會各入口，激烈之狀令人震驚。這文章見報之日，立法會也極可能會受到第三次嚴重衝擊，後果如何，實在令人擔心不已！

回歸以來，特區一向以群眾和平理性表達為榮。縱是數十萬人上街，秩序也算是井井有條，絲毫沒有任何違法行為出現；但到了今天，似乎已是此情不再。這轉變是什麽時候開始的？究竟這是因應議會暴力所感染，還是管治質素下滑已是孰不可忍所致？還是此兩者因相互影響而墮入一個難以自拔之死胡同？

更令人難過的，是近日在網上見到不少公開呼籲衝擊立法會的留言，有教導衝擊者如何逐一擊破立法會的防禦；更有人教導衝擊者如何毁壞維持治安的鐵馬，把它們轉變為攻擊工具，甚至可傷人之鐵棒。最令人震驚的，莫過於有人在網上揚言「公安不是你的朋友……不用把他們的安全放在心內」，意思似乎是說，令到保安人員受傷是在所難免，甚至是他們應得的！
