風雨前路
颱風掠過之後，沒有把雲帶走，反而捲起了不少霞氣，隔窗眺望的天空總是灰暗朦朧，還不時擠出陣雨。不太適合跑步的天氣，可是做運動的重點在於持之以恆，趁雨後稍稍放晴，便倏地換上短衫褲和跑步鞋，長長短短跑一會也好。甫出門熱風就迎面撲來，雨後的空氣沒有變得清爽，反倒更翳悶了，暫停的陣雨或許是下一場大雨的前奏。
濕熱的空氣對跑步者是一個很大的挑戰，它會令跑步產生的汗水無法蒸發，讓跑步者的身體感覺起來更沉重。平日為跑者擋住猛烈陽光的樹蔭，此刻把本來就微弱的日光都遮蔽了，跑道看起來很陰鬱詭異。我愈跑，心情愈覺憋悶，也不禁思索：此情此景，不就活像香港的現況嗎？
議員在立法會裡操弄議事規則，迫得市民在立法會外激烈衝擊，讓議會掉進裡外交煎的困境；中央政府發表的白皮書拆毀「一國兩制」，特區政府提交的政改報告扭曲市民意見，令香港陷入內憂外患的危局。相比起這些，過去的颱風、眼前的陰霾、將來的暴雨，反而顯得微不足道了。因為大風總有平息、陰雲總有消散、暴雨總有停止的時候。但人鑿出來的絕路，是可以萬劫不復的。
