魚翅‧開飯？
灣仔有餐館在熱門食肆網上推介平台推銷特惠價魚翅宴，特價魚翅鮑魚餐原價每位376元減至188元，特價魚翅海鮮餐原價每位1,576元減至788元。反對食魚翅人士瀏覽後氣炸了肺，指捕獵鯊魚既殘忍又影響生態，批評網站不應讓自稱烹調鮑參翅肚了得的餐館賣廣告，刺激老饕大吃魚翅。
近年，品嘗魚翅所引起的動物福利和生態問題逐漸被社會關注，但由於法例沒有禁止，目前只能以教育和道德考量，漸進式改變港人觀念和習慣，逐步移風易俗。魚翅的其中一個大市場為婚宴，近年不少環保意識高的人士，已在婚宴菜單中剔走魚翅。
港人愛吃，每年消費大量魚翅、乳豬。看電視節目，才知道不少乳豬來自越南。在飽嘗口腹之慾的時候，大家也要想想背後所付出的環境成本，為健康，為環保，最好就是多吃素。
