麥當勞的完美演繹
不認不認還須認，但被人踢爆了才肯認，德道何在？顏面何全？上海福喜事件火燒連環船，香港麥當勞亦不能獨善其身，上星期初還矢口否認採用福喜的食材，但迅即就被本港食物安全中心踢爆，數量更超過一百噸。堂堂跨國企業誠信蕩然無存，危機處理之劣，令人咋舌。
筆者對麥當勞有深厚感情，仍然記得小學時有幸被同學邀請出席生日會的興奮心情，以及畢業時學校安排麥當勞叔叔到場搞氣氛的情景，相信與不少香港人一 樣對麥當勞有著一絲情意結。但這間連續十年獲頒「商界展關懷」殊榮的所謂良心企業，其實亦只以利益為依歸。過去一直被社會人士指責低薪、多工傷、無保障、 欠誠信……在2011年最低工資條例生效後，竟即時削減智障員工的工時，變相減薪。牛津大字典更收錄了「McJob」一詞，代表沒有創意、低酬勞、幾乎沒 有前景的工作。為了控制成本而違背2001年許下的公開承諾，容許雞肉供應商使用基因改造飼料，目的就是為了每個包的生產成本可以節省1美分，尖酸刻薄及 唯利是圖的程度，絕對是登峰造極。
