黃錦星失救記 余若薇

新任環境局局長黃錦星上電台節目，節目主持用三條有關電力市場的基本資料，測試黃局長是否熟書。局長一臉茫然，身旁的政務助理蔡敏儀立即打手勢「通水」， 3次示意9字，局長無法意會電廠准許利潤上限是9.99%；第二題她打手勢1和8，局長也無法領悟那是指利潤管制協議在2018年到期，生硬地吐出「1」、「8」兩字，像小學生出貓被捉個正着，弱點盡現人前。

從政者不熟政策，往往被傳媒針對考問。小布殊競選總統時、鄧忍光上任廣播處長時，都有相同經歴。老練者如布殊會反唇相譏，淡定如鄧忍光則扮聽不見轉移視線。從黃局長一臉難堪，可知他真夠老實。希望這老實人可駕馭政治局面，否則即使下屬再神勇，也救不了。
