11月的夏天
都11月了，即使尚未入冬，至少也應該是深秋。但近來出外跑步，不單只還穿著背心、短褲，而且跑沒幾步便渾身滲汗。據說今年高溫的時候比以往更長，查查天文台紀錄，今年11月的平均最高溫度比去年高近3度，平均最低溫度的差距就更大，多達4度。由此可見，氣候暖化正在以急迫的速度惡化。
全球暖化是大氣和海洋因溫室效應而造成溫度上升，這不是一個自然產生的現象，主要成因是二氧化碳及其他室氣體量不斷增加，而製造這些氣體的，正是人類。氣溫上升不但會令人感到愈來愈熱(如果只是這樣倒不是甚麼大問題)，更嚴重的後果，是會製造很多自然災害，最明顯是令南北兩極的冰川融化，令海洋水位上升，淹沒陸地。以陽光和海灘聞名世界，被譽為是地球上最後樂園的馬爾代夫，就可能是地球上最先被淹沒而消失的國家。
