FCC事件的危險思維 梁家傑

心紅線愈收愈緊，香港外國記者會(FCC)邀請民族黨召集人陳浩天演講，外交部駐港特派員公署出面勸阻，國家領導人級別的政協副主席梁振英則採用更高調的政治恐嚇手段。

FCC的中環會址是向特區政府月租55萬元，租客並須負責整幢歷史建築的維修開支。梁振英罔顧事實，胡亂指控FCC僅支付象徵式租金，梁粉唱和，呼籲政府收回物業。雖然現任特首林鄭月娥馬上澄清FCC支付市值租金，但梁振英辯稱他的意思是政府無公開競投便批准FCC續租。事實上，FCC上次續租是2016年，時任特首正是梁本人。

梁振英城府深，可能明知錯都照講，藉機「提醒」各個正接受政府資助、撥地或其他形式支持的機構，政府隨時有權終止這些「恩惠」，順我者生，逆我者亡。這種扭曲思維十分危險，與廿年前時任政協委員徐四民炮轟香港電台節目《頭條新聞》用政府錢罵政府如出一轍，引導公眾產生一種君民尊卑關係的錯覺。

只要想深一層，無所謂政府的錢，公帑都來自納稅人，政府的責任是將錢運用在最符合公眾利益的項目；掌權者並非施主，否則，政府資助的社福機構、領取綜援甚至生果金的市民就是接受施捨？不能逆官意？無權罵政府？

梁振英刁難FCC，再次驚動國際傳媒，惟恐全世界沒察覺到：本港言論自由與新聞自由岌岌可危、人治凌駕法治指日可待、中國威脅論有證有據。梁振英造孽，對香港和國家都是千古罪人。
