PM2.5浪潮席捲全國 余若薇

國家環保部今年起公布內地重點區域微細懸浮粒子(PM2.5)監測數據，內地群眾熱議空氣質素，民間組織自行偵測結果，壓力下北京市長郭金龍、上海市長韓正、深圳市長許勤相繼表示會在今年公布本土PM2.5的監測數據。

特區政府也在全港14個空氣監測站中的4個量度PM2.5，但從不公布。根據記者從環保署取得的資料，2010年4個一般監測站的PM2.5數據僅能達到世衞指引中期目標1，即年濃度低於35微克；中環路邊監測站仍未達標，而且全部數據都遠高於世衞所推薦的安全目標10微克。

世界衞生組織指，活在中期目標地區居民的死亡率，較活在世衞推薦目標地區的死亡風險高15%。特首說要打造香港成亞洲國際都會，但港人難有機會呼吸合乎國際標準的清新空氣。強政勵治只是空話。
