公民黨發起賑災籌款 協助四川地震災民

公民黨對四川地震所造成的大量人命傷亡及嚴重破壞深表震驚及哀痛。為協助四川地震災民，公民黨已於五月十四日開始於全港各區展開籌款賑災行動。

立法會議員余若薇、梁家傑、湯家驊、吳靄儀、張超雄，連同黨秘書長鄭宇碩，區議員陳淑莊、黃家華及一眾黨員，已於五月十四日早上九時在中環華人行設立公民黨首個籌款站，在六小時內共籌得約十八萬元，全部款項將會捐予香港紅十字會作四川地震之賑災及重建之用。

是次活動得儘快展開，實在有賴本黨黨員之協助。同時亦感謝香港紅十字會的協助、地政總署及社會福利署能迅速批準有關賑災籌款申請。

公民黨將會在港九新界各區繼續進行籌款活動。
