公民黨聯同購買雷曼相關產品的客戶與花旗銀行會面結果發布

公民黨立法會議員余若薇於今天（25日）聯同約60名購買雷曼相關產品的客戶，與花旗銀行銷售及分銷業務總監蔡麗鳳等管理層會面，會面結果發布如下：

Ø      銀行已於收到投訴後三個工作天內致電客戶，亦已還發部份相關文件，但其中未包括客戶的風險評估報告。銀行將會約見客戶，並展示風險評估報告及播放錄音帶紀錄。至於會否向客戶提供有關錄音帶的複本，銀行會諮詢法律意見。
Ø      銀行表示，有關銷售過程的內部指引已交金管局，公民黨要向金管局查閱。
Ø      銀行會由一星期內約見六十五歲以上的投訴客戶；兩星期前會面時收到的投訴會於兩星期內約見。首次接受的個案會於四星期內約見。
Ø      銀行表示，銷售雷曼相關產品的佣金約為1-3%。
Ø      公民黨黨魁余若薇問銀行會否接納公民黨倡議的調解仲裁機制，出席客戶均表示支持；銀行表示仍在考慮當中。
Ø      下次會議日期為十一月二十二日(星期六)。時間、地點待定。
