Civic Party and the Centre for Comparative and Public Law, Faculty of Law, University of Hong Kong will organize a conference on “Implementation of the Right
to vote and be elected — the Theory and the Practice”.
Professor Ramcharan will speak on “The National Responsibility to Protect Human Rights”, Professor Lim will be speaking about Article 25 of the ICCPR and the UN Human Rights Committee’s General Comment on Article 25 and Ms. Margaret Ng will be talking about Constitutional Reform in the light of Article 25.
