Objection to Privatizing the Repulse Bay Beach
The Civic Party wrote to the Town Planning Board to raise objection to proposed amendments pertaining to the rezoning of Seaview Building and its adjacent open space at Repulse Bay into a commercial area. Reasoning is as follows:
(1) Walled building effect,
(2) Traffic Impact, and
(3) Environment Impact.
