*The Executive Committee will appoint Yeung Ngok Kiu, Alvin, the Chairman of the Economy & Public Finance Policy Branch, to fill the vacancy of the Chairman of that particular policy branch according to the Article 55 of the ‘Memorandum of Association’.

**The Executive Committee will appoint Chan Kai Yeun, the Chairman of the Environment & Sustainable Development Policy Branch, to fill the vacancy of the Chairman of that particular policy branch according to the Article 55 of the ‘Memorandum of Association’.
