武漢肺炎疫情嚴峻令本港經濟受衝擊，不少市民和中小企遭殃，特區政府應提供適切支援。公民黨有以下建議：
🔸全民資助金10,000元
– 18歲或以上的香港永久性居民，可獲特區政府派發10,000元。按2019年人口數字，約有650萬成年永久性居民受惠，淨計派發款項開支約650億。
🔸失業津貼每月上限8,000元
– 如香港永久性居民僱員可證明，2020年1月23日後被解僱，可從特區政府領取每月上限8,000元的失業津貼，最多6個月。
🔸開工不足津貼每月上限4,000元
– 如香港永久性居民僱員可證明，2020年1月23日後被扣起一半或以上薪金，或每月被要求放取2星期或以上的無薪假期，可領取每月上限4,000元的開工不足津貼，最多6個月。
🔸政府物業減半租為期半年
– 政府擁有的出租物業或商舖，即時減半租，為期半年。
🔸稅務寬免
– 寬免100%的薪俸稅、個人入息課稅及利得稅，上限提升至$50,000。
– 無條件豁免所有納稅的個別人士及獨資經營業務者分期繳稅，並在下一稅務年度維持本年度合夥業務及法團有條件豁免分期繳稅的政策。
