【逃犯條例】 建制派自打嘴巴

立法會法案委員會今朝召開首次會議，《逃犯條例》呢條惡法，民主派當然反對通過啦。今日由涂謹申主持，決定處理由毛孟靜提出嘅會議程序問題，建制派就質疑佢無權處理，涂就畀議員舉手發言討論，又將涉嫌有冒犯言論嘅郭偉強趕離場。建制派陣腳大亂，即刻翻查《議事規則》，想反擊但失敗，會議最終無進入選舉主席程序。

今日黃國健話涂謹申唔係委員會主席，無權驅逐議員離開會議室，但睇返2016年選立法會主席嗰陣，石禮謙為咗硬推梁君彥做主席，將抗議嘅民主派議員趕出會議室，真係自打嘴巴！

仲有建制派唔係好熟議事規則嘅咩，成日用嚟趕人走，臨急先嚟查，真係書到用時方恨少，有咩唔順意就想改議事規則，今次以其人之道，還治其人之身啦~
