《公司條例》未諮詢傳媒感遺憾

公民黨立法會議員湯家驊對於財經事務及庫務局局長陳家強，以書面回覆本人有關新《公司條例》，就限制公眾查閱公司董事的住址及身份證號碼的諮詢工作感到遺憾。湯家驊認為，當局進行的諮詢工作不足，未有諮詢傳媒業界，是漠視持份者之一的傳媒業界意見。惟當局在書面答覆只說「曾於諮詢期首天，邀請傳媒出席當局舉辦的新聞簡介會，講解有關詳情，其後傳媒亦有就此議題作出報道。」湯家驊指出，當局的答覆已承認未有諮詢傳媒業界的意見，批評當局是混淆視聽，「傳媒有報道，並非等同有諮詢傳媒」。

湯家驊又要求，當局承諾日後進行公眾諮詢時，需諮詢所有持份者及將全部的諮詢結果提交予立法會。惟當局未有承諾，只回覆指「諮詢範圍盡量廣泛」。湯家驊對此感到遺憾，批評當局未有承諾日後進行公眾諮詢時，諮詢所有持份者，及將未經當局篩選的諮詢結果提交予立法會是「死不悔改，玩弄民意，製造輿論，報喜不報憂，結果只會令民怨不斷加深！」
