「九牛一毛 減少勞嘈」
庫房水浸 公民黨籲財爺善用公帑
財政預算案公布在即，本年度盈餘料近600億，不論中產和基層，近年都均承受著巨大的經濟壓力。公民黨今日在政府總部請願，要求財政司司長只要從手指罅流出部分公帑，九牛一毛，以紓緩基層與中產生活壓力，令社會氣氛祥和一點。
黨魁梁家傑認為昨日政府公佈有關提高物業印花稅的措施只能起短暫的效果，並不能長期解決市民的房屋需求。梁家傑希望政府能夠協助基層與中產人士減輕房屋壓力，為申請三年都未能入住公屋的基層市民提供租金津貼，另外亦為租住私樓人士設置上限為36,000元的「租住私人物業免稅額」，以解燃眉之急。
立法會議員郭家麒批評政府庫房水浸卻沒有惠及於民，認為政府應該擴大醫管局的藥物名冊，幫助弱勢病人購買價格昂貴但副作用較低的藥物，減輕他們負擔。
執委譚文豪要求政府儘快落實「捕捉﹑絕育﹑防疫﹑放回」試驗計劃，保障動物權益。
青年公民主席梁穎敏要求政府應該積極地回應青年人的訴求，提高入讀資助大學學位的人口比例和將新畢業生償還學生貸款的支出全數納入免稅額內。
