「守護大浪西灣」全港簽名行動 陳家洛收集市民簽名 呼籲反對建制派動議

立法會將於2013年12月4日表決把「不包括土地」大浪西灣納入郊野公園範圍的議案。有建制派議員動議廢除此項保育建議。繼本星期二、四分別到中環及灣仔進行簽名行動，公民黨立法會議員陳家洛今日再到銅鑼灣收集民意，盼凝聚市民力量，促使立法會反對建制派動議，堅守保育自然環境的立場。

陳家洛擔心，若建制派動議獲通過，大浪西灣不被納入郊野公園範圍，亦不受《郊野公園條例》(第208章)規管，不少既得利益者將在當地大興土木，嚴重破壞自然環境。陳家洛要求把大浪西灣納入西貢東郊野公園範圍，並注意到白腊、海下及鎖羅盤三處的分區計劃大綱草圖未能充份保護郊野及海岸公園，他亦敦促政府把所有「不包括土地」納入郊野公園範圍。

陳家洛將於下週一(2013年12月2日)上午11時30分到鄉議局大樓(香港新界沙田石門安睦街30號鄉議局大樓秘書處 大樓地下正門前廳)把市民簽名遞交予鄉議局主席劉皇發，以向鄉議局反映市民要求保育大浪西灣及其他不包括土地的訴求，並呼籲劉皇發收回動議。
