「守護大浪西灣」全港簽名行動 陳家洛與環團收集市民簽名 呼籲反對建制派動議

立法會將於2013年12月4日表決把「不包括土地」大浪西灣納入郊野公園範圍的議案。有建制派議員動議廢除此項保育建議。公民黨立法會議員陳家洛今日發起「守護大浪西灣」全港簽名行動，聯同不同綠色團體、保衛郊野公園行動到中環收集市民簽名，盼凝聚市民力量，促使立法會反對建制派動議，堅守保育自然環境的立場。香港地球之友高級環境事務主任周月翔和創建香港行政總裁司馬文亦到場支持。
陳家洛擔心，若建制派動議獲通過，大浪西灣不被納入郊野公園範圍，亦不受《郊野公園條例》(第208章)規管，不少既得利益者將在當地大興土木，嚴重破壞自然環境。陳家洛要求把大浪西灣納入西貢東郊野公園範圍，並注意到白腊、海下及鎖羅盤三處的分區計劃大綱草圖未能充份保護郊野及海岸公園，他亦敦促政府把所有「不包括土地」納入郊野公園範圍，並計劃把市民簽名遞交予鄉議局主席劉皇發。
公民黨將於未來數天繼續在社區收集市民簽名，陳家洛呼籲市民積極發聲，守護大浪西灣，保育自然環境，促使立法會反對建制派動議。
