「2011告別區議會委任制」街頭論壇

公民黨於4月19日(星期日)假銅鑼灣行人專用區舉辦《2012寸土必爭》政制發展研討會系列二：「2011告別區議會委任制」街頭論壇，出席嘉賓包括公民黨青年公民主席陳淑莊、民主黨青年委員會主席莫兆麟、民協青年部委員李健勤及社會民主連線會員季詩傑。民建聯、自由黨及匯賢智庫均沒有派代表出席。

出席嘉賓均贊成全面取消區議會委任制。公民黨陳淑莊表示政府不應用公帑去製作免費政治午餐。只有透過開放參與渠道，才能落實真正問責，所有民意代表都應該得到人民授權，才符合民主原則。
