【投資騙局 千人中伏】 立即涷結JapanLife管理層在港資產

早前公民黨立法會議員譚文豪及油尖旺區議員余德寶揭發Japan Life Co. Ltd億元投資騙案，目前已收到三百多位市民求助，所涉金額達二億港元。日前亦主動聯日本法庭委任的Japan Life破產受託人高松律師來法會面，成功獲得日本方確認香港投資者亦屬一般債權人，可能獲得一定款項。

目前日本東京檢察廳已經開始對Japan Life Co. Ltd的管理層進行刑事調查，而日本法庭已經開始對Japan Life Co. Ltd的清盤程序。就此，譚文豪及余德寶偕70位苦主於政府總部門外遞交請願信，並提出兩項要求：

 

1. 要求政府加快跟進案件，與日本警方積極溝通，協助苦主追討損失。

2. 盡快採取進一步行動，立即凍結Japan Life管理層在香港資產。
