一國兩制 不容踐踏 港人治港 無懼恐嚇

國務院新聞辦公室昨日發表《「一國兩制」在香港特別行政區的實踐》白皮書，指中央政府對包括香港特別行政區有全面管治權，又指「一國兩制」並非對等。公民黨對此感到強烈的憤怒，認為中央是旨在「6.22」投票日前對港人作出恐嚇。

公民黨黨魁梁家傑及立法會議員郭家麒今日到中聯辦抗議。公民黨認為「白皮書」的內容是扭曲《基本法》對「一國兩制」、「港人治港、高度自治」的原意。「白皮書」指中央對香港擁有全面管治權對及法律監督權，公民黨絕不能接受這種「只有一國，沒有兩制」的說法。《基本法》已清楚列明，中央及所有省市部委都不可干預香港內部事務，中央絕不能在回歸後「過橋抽板、反口覆舌」。

黨魁梁家傑表示：「香港人是在接受《基本法》的框架下才接受回歸的，中國政府竟然在25年後反口，是欺騙香港人。」他亦指出，公民黨絕對不能接受「白皮書」中，有關法官應該為政治服務的內容。梁表示：「香港人堅信司法系統獨立，不偏不依，判案只會按法律而行，而不需要考慮繁榮安穩等其他因素。這絕對不是香港的一套。」

「和平佔中」發起的全民投票日臨近，中央現時發表「白皮書」是威嚇市民不要參與投票。香港人絕不會被嚇倒，更需把握我們的發聲權，捍衛「港人自港、高度自治」、表達對真普選的訴求，否則未來只會完全被滅聲！
