不要堆填區！垃圾送特首！遊行至禮賓府

擴建堆填區爭議不斷，特首梁振英多日不見，只躲於黄錦星的背後，不肯面對市民。至日前終於走出來，親自向劉皇發議員拉票。

梁振英於去年參與特首選舉時，曾多次向市民承諾採取以源頭減廢為主導的政策，但現在卻完全背棄當初承諾，硬於屯門擴展堆填區。特首的表現，完全顯露出也他毫無承擔、其所有承諾均是空談。

就此，公民黨今天聯同受堆填區擴建影响的居民，戴上防臭口罩，背負一袋袋的垃圾，一同遊行至禮賓府，將垃圾送給特首，要求他從源頭減廢做起。

在此，公民黨再一次重申立場，要求政府：
1. 在未有任何承諾或有效的源頭減廢措施，及落實時間表前，公民黨將反對政府擴建堆填區；
2. 推出垃圾源頭分類措施，參考日本、台灣等，於特定日子收集不同種類的廢物，以達致於社區進行垃圾源頭分類，以最終達致回收處理的廢物為60%或以上；
3. 制定全面措施，協助市民進行廚餘回收，並設置更多廚餘回收及處理中心。讓2022年本港的廚餘回收率可達至50%；
4. 推出措施，或成立基金，扶助回收業，增加回收業的就業人數，使廢物回收率上升；
5. 訂立廢物徵費的立法時間表。
