中西區區議員黃健菁加入公民黨

中西區區議員黃健菁於5月16日正式加入公民黨。黃健菁表示，近月與公民黨在地區事務上緊密交流，與公民黨的立場一致，合作良好，因此決定加入公民黨。

黃期望未來與公民黨成員加強合作，發揮組織的力量，深耕細作，鞏固民主派在地的力量；亦希望透過與其他成員互相協作扶持，更好地服務堅摩區居民。黃將一如既往，竭力而行。
 
近年民主派的處境愈見艱辛，中共及港府的打壓無日無之，面對強權壓境，黃健菁的加入更印證香港人越受打壓，我們只會越頑強，集結迎戰。
 
主席梁家傑歡迎黃健菁加入公民黨。公民黨未來會加強地區工作，立足地區；同時繼續與民主派朋友合作，爭取落實五大訴求。
