亂扣帽子 賊喊捉賊 譴責政府誣蔑雨傘運動

保安局局長今天回應本人關於行政長官梁振英指有外部勢力介入「佔領中環」運動的口頭質詢時，表示中央外交部及建制派議員引用的評論和報導已證明雨傘運動有外部勢力介入，但又不宜公開評論。本人認為黎局長的說法等同承認政府根本沒有外國勢力介入雨傘運動的實質證據，完全沒有回應本人的質詢，也證明行政長官較早前的言論是莫須有的指控。對於行政長官和保安局局長的言論，本人必須予以強烈譴責。

行政長官指控外部勢力介入雨傘運動，其實與1989年中共誣陷北京學運學生和2010年誣陷劉曉波的手法如出一轍。行政長官可謂把中共的文革式扣帽子技倆搬來香港，企圖打壓民主運動。更令人齒冷者，是行政長官自己正捲入收受海外公司巨額款項可能涉及利益衝突的醜聞之中，卻誣蔑外部勢力介入雨傘運動，完全是賊喊捉賊。

本人要求行政長官立即應誣蔑雨傘運動的言論向公眾公開道歉，並承擔政治責任，引咎下台。
