余若薇呼籲食環署發牌給雞蛋仔小販吳伯
銅鑼灣炭燒雞蛋仔小販吳旭輝今早在法庭承認阻街、無牌擺賣及無牌煮食3項控罪，被判罰款780元，擺檔用的木頭車亦被充公。今年至今他已5次被檢控。食物及衛生局局長周一嶽日前公開表示同情吳伯，食環署可轉介他到合法地方例如街市檔攤繼續經營。
公民黨立法會議員余若薇認為，搬入街市並非唯一可行辦法，她呼籲食環署貫徹其寬待老弱傷殘無牌小販及保留本地傳統特色的小販政策，考慮發牌予吳伯。
余若薇指出，有先例可援，食環署曾經以「切合保留富有傳統特色小販行業的社會訴求」為由，重新簽發雪糕車流動小販牌照，亦曾因情況特殊及數目有限，發牌予中環8名擦鞋匠。吳伯今年74歲，自力更生，在街邊?檔售賣雞蛋仔約30年，保留現已十分罕見的炭燒製作方式，與雪糕車和擦鞋匠同屬特色小販。
長遠而言，余若薇呼籲政府當局物色地點，讓特色小販合法經營。
余若薇在facebook發起的群組「爭取發牌給炭燒雞蛋仔小販吳伯」，截至今午一時，得到2,616人支持。
