促徹查曾蔭權有否干預司法程序

前特首曾蔭權涉嫌妨礙司法公正為求見教宗
促政府徹查

公民黨立法會議員湯家驊今天向政府提出口頭質詢，跟進前行政長官曾蔭權被指透過意大利前參議員雷戈里奧（Sergio De Gregorio），安排他與教宗本篤十六世私人會面，並以香港政府拒絕移交與前總理貝盧斯科尼舞弊及洗黑錢的證據予意大利檢察部門作為換取條件之事宜。湯家驊對政務司司長及政制及內地事務局局長未能出席回應，有關前特首行為操守問題感到奇怪和失望。對於商務及經濟發展局局長蘇錦樑的回覆，湯家驊更感到詑異，直斥當局迴避問題，促請政府徹查曾蔭權有否干預司法公正。

湯家驊說，意大利前參議員雷戈里奧在當地法庭作供時，已表明曾透過時任本港駐布魯塞爾歐洲共同體特派代表、現任房屋署署長栢志高，安排曾蔭權與教宗本篤十六世私人會面，並以拒絕移交涉及前總理貝盧斯科尼的犯罪證據交換，「該名前參議員言之鑿鑿，倘若曾蔭權曾承諾該名參議員的要求的話」，曾蔭權則有干預司法程序之嫌，質疑政府有否就此徹查？

湯家驊指，蘇錦樑在口頭答覆中承認，該名參議員雷戈里奧曾表透過栢志高查詢貝盧斯科尼案，又承認可安排曾蔭權與教宗本篤十六世會面，惟局方未有交代該名參議員曾否提出交換條件，事件仍然疑點重重，促請政府徹查曾蔭權有否干預司法公正。
湯家驊又批評，政府在回應質詢時承認特首可指使官員及公務員代辦私人事宜例如買魚蛋、牛腩、戲票等是濫用公權、「無王管」，若不及早檢討，愧對市民。
