停止監控 還劉霞自由

已故諾貝爾和平獎得主劉曉波，其妻子劉霞沒有犯下任何罪行，卻自劉曉波被拘禁後遭中共軟禁。劉霞多年來與外界隔絕，連父母去世也未能相見。劉霞長期失去自由、被監視，精神壓力極大，嚴重失眠需要長期服用藥物。
公民黨立法會議員郭家麒及一眾黨友到中聯辦請願，要求中共還劉霞自由。他批評中共政府冷血，做法不人道，劉霞不但面對喪夫之痛，更仍然要受到中共的迫害，帶到雲南「被旅遊」不准她悼念丈夫。而事隔至今，劉霞仍然失去聯絡，下落不明，未能回家。
公民黨促請中共政府立即釋放劉霞，還劉霞自由，讓她自由出入境。
另外，郭家麒亦關注到，在劉曉波「頭七」當晚，有多名參與悼念活動的人士，被廣東省公安拘捕。當中包括何霖、衞小兵二人被捕，寓所被搜查。同時，亦有多名人士失去聯絡。郭家麒形容中共政權對於所有與劉曉波相關的人、事都趕盡殺絕，是膽怯的表現。促請中共立即釋放所有有關人士，停止打壓其他維權人士。
