全民參與 余曾辯論
公民黨闡釋對辯論安排的取態

余若薇議員在上週接受了行政長官曾蔭權的邀請，就香港政改方案進行電視直播辯論。公民黨已成立工作小組，由副主席黎廣德負責與特首辦商談有關細節。工作小組將會就電視辯論的安排提出以下建議：

一、公眾參與
建議一套容許市民「立體式公眾參與」的機制，包括現場觀眾，互聯網及電話提問等安排。

二、自由辯論
建議新增「自由辯論」環節，讓雙方可即時回應對方觀點。

三、日期
為了讓市民儘早了解政改方案的正反論據，建議電視辯論宜早不宜遲，6月6日晚上是合適的選擇。

四、地點
建議在大學內挑選合適場地，任何一間院校均可。

五、主持人
建議由資深傳媒人吳明林先生主持。

工作小組將會致力向特首辦解釋市民大眾對電視辯論的期望，務求「政改辯論」能夠在公開、公正的原則下儘早舉行。
