全面檢討賠償標準　獨立討論高鐵及蓮塘工程補償金

公民黨郭家麒議員已去信工務小組委員會主席，於明天會議審議PWSC(2014-15)52「基本工程儲備基金項下總目701至711的整體撥款」撥款時，上，獨立抽出一項「廣深港高速鐵路香港段」與兩項「蓮塘口岸」補償金及特惠津貼（即總目701分目1100CA第一至三項）作獨立討論。

郭家麒認為，過往政府在處理上述兩項工程的收地補償時，未有妥善及公平處理賠償額，以致租戶及非原居民只能獲得60萬特惠補償金或50萬及優先購買居屋權。上述措施根本無法讓受影響居民重建家園。

就此，郭家麒要求政府重新審視上述賠償金額，並重新提交立法會，讓居民得到合理賠償及適切安置。長遠而言，政府應全面檢討補償金及特惠津貼的標準。
