公民黨余俊翔參選離島區議會東涌北選區補選

公民黨地區發展主任余俊翔(Peter)宣布參選離島區議會東涌北選區補選，於今日的報名活動中，更獲得黨主席余若薇、黨魁梁家傑、立法會議員郭家麒及陳家洛、執委譚文豪、蘇耀坤及梁兆新，和東涌居民到場以示支持。

黨魁梁家傑表示，希望當市民有需要時，「公民黨一定喺左近」。而公民黨在東涌一直有進行地區工作，希望余俊翔透過今次補選晉身區議會，為東涌居民服務。

主席余若薇指，香港現時風雨飄搖，余俊翔願意挺身而出服務社會非常難得。希望他可以人如其名，「進場(俊翔)成功」，順利當選、服務東涌街坊。

余俊翔介紹其政綱主要內容，表示政府銳意發展大嶼山，既是挑戰，亦是機遇，必須要平衡發展。他反對發展郊野公園土地及盲目填海，以守護東涌美景。民生方面，他認為東涌值得更好，故提出一系列建議，改善現時交通、醫療及社區設施等不足之處。

一眾出席嘉賓為余俊翔送上鼓勵，希望他在是次補選中馬到功成、旗開得勝。
