公民黨去信國際組織要求關注李旺陽事件

公民黨黨魁梁家傑剛去信聯合國人權理事會，國際法學家委員會及國際特赦組織，就中國政府對李旺陽先生生前在監獄中施行酷刑，以及未查明其死因而強行火化李先生遺體一事，懷疑此等行為違反《聯合國禁止酷刑公約》及《公民權利和政治權利和政治權利國際公約》，敦請聯合國人權理事會向中國提出嚴正交涉，並作出全面調查。

另外，同時身為中國維權律師關注組執委的公民黨憲制及管治政策支部主席郭榮鏗，已聯絡關注組向聯合國人權理事會，發表聯合聲明，以引起國際關注。
