公民黨回應梁振英僭建聲明

候任行政長官梁振英昨日遭傳媒揭發，家中有僭建玻璃屋，當時梁振英聲稱自己是「無心之失」，並在屋宇署上門調查前，迅速拆卸僭建物以毀滅證據，令人質疑他想「快刀斬亂麻」了結事件，誤導公眾。

然而，今天傳媒再揭發其住宅有僭建花棚，屋宇署人士上門調查後，發現梁振英家中最少有另外四項違規僭建，包括金屬閘門、露天車位上蓋、車位以下一個200方呎的地庫，以及一個40方呎的單層構建物。梁振英身為專業及資深的測量師，不可能對僭建一無所知，加上早於今年特首選舉時，其對手唐英年住宅僭建地庫一事，已令僭建問題獲廣泛關注，當時梁振英仍堅稱自己家中並無僭建，事件反映梁振英的誠信完全破產，令人質疑他不適合出任特首。

公民黨將去信立法會內務委員會主席，要求以內會名義，邀請梁振英在上任後，到立法會公開交代其僭建始末，否則公民黨將爭取在會期完結前，在立法會內提出引用《權力及特權條例》徹查事件，或向梁振英提出不信任動議。
