公民黨回應民主派初選初步結果

民主動力公佈民主派初選初步結果。感謝勇敢投票的61萬香港人，即使面對政權全方位打壓，在港區《國安法》的陰霾下仍無畏無懼地以票明志，對政權作出抗議，展示香港人的頑強意志。

公民黨尊重初選結果，我們亦衷心感謝投票予公民黨的逾7萬名選民。過去一個月，香港人給予我們的囑咐與建言，我們會仔細傾聽、虛心接納、努力改進，未來以至誠繼續與香港人同行。

李予信代表公民黨參選區議會 (第二) 功能界別，惜在是次初選中未能出綫。我們尊重香港人的選擇，亦清楚明暸我們的工作有進步空間。李予信將會努力裝備自己，繼續服務社區，與香港人並肩前行。李予信將不會報名參加區議會 (第二) 功能界別立法會選舉，並承諾會協助四位勝選者。

我們會用心理解初選結果並作檢討，與其他民主派人士於9月的立法會選舉攜手迎戰保皇黨，全力爭取議會過半！
