公民黨對調解進度表示失望

公民黨黨魁余若薇早前曾去信金管局詢問就雷曼產品投訴個案的調解進度。今日(11日)，公民黨收到金管局有關查詢之回應，資料表列如下：

信中指，調解計劃自十月尾推出至上星期五(5日)，仲裁中心共收到51宗個案要求調解，但其中30宗個案，銀行表示正考慮是否參與調解。對於有關銀行未有積極參與調解程序，而且銀行未有指出仍需考慮多久才會決定會否參與，公民黨黨魁余若薇表示失望。

余若薇呼籲金管局積極鼓勵銀行參與調解機制，並儘早與雷曼苦主達成和解。如果已由金管局立案的苦主透過仲裁中心要求調解，銀行亦要加快回應，不能事事拖延。
