公民黨就即時取消楊岳橋、郭榮鏗、郭家麒議席之聲明

今日（11月11日）人大常委會應特首請求，由特區政府宣佈即時取消公民黨楊岳橋、郭榮鏗、郭家麒以及專業議政梁繼昌四人的立法會議員資格，公民黨認為此舉象徵香港完全成為人治社會，一國兩制與《基本法》頓成天方夜譚。

在是次人大「決定」及特區政府的「公佈」中，屢次自稱「依法」，然而所依何法卻虛無飄渺，並無實質法律條文依據。今次人大常委直接插手取消香港公職人員資格，再次證明北京以黑帝君臨的姿態，直接治港，一國兩制只是一塊無用的遮醜布，將香港的命脈徹底扼殺，是完全野蠻的行為。

正如日前所公佈，由於失去四個議席，民主派將失去三份之一的否決權，餘下的民主派議員亦隨時面對被譴責而失去議席的風險，故公民黨譚文豪亦將辭去立法會議員職務，與黨友齊上齊落。公民黨呼籲香港人，不要因此而感到灰心喪志，即使失去議會戰線，仍然要團結同心，對抗黑暗。
