公民黨就有關官員對立法會外關注高鐵事件的群眾之處理手法的聲明

公民黨就立法會財委會通過高鐵撥款後，有關官員對立法會外關注高鐵事件的群眾之處理手法有以下聲明：
1) 運輸及房屋局局長鄭汝樺在會議上表示會加強與社會各界的溝通，但昨晚立法會會議後，鄭汝樺局長卻未有與立法會外關注高鐵事件的群眾會面，白白失去一個與公眾解釋政府方案的機會。
2) 公民黨立法會議員梁家傑、湯家驊及陳淑莊已在會議後積極聯絡鄭汝樺及有關官員，多次促請鄭汝樺與關注團體對話，並主動提議由公民黨立法會議員陪同下與關注團體代表見面，或者邀請團體代表在立法會內會面，但仍遭拒絕，對此公民黨表示遺憾。
3) 今次高鐵事件突顯香港的深層次矛盾，特首曾蔭權應儘快與社會上各關注高鐵事件的民間組織、專業人士、團體展開一次跨世代及跨階層的對話，並建立一個常設的對話機制，以避免香港社會未來再就基建、城市規劃及重建等事情上再現矛盾，製造社會分化。
